Vicente is the founder and chef of Frida Mexican Cuisine in Beverly Hills, Westwood and Glendale as well as Frida Tacos at the Brentwood Country Mart, Melrose and Westside Pavilion. Each restaurant brings the authentic ingredients of Mexico to L.A. Vicente is also a founder of the Taste of México Association which promotes traditions of México's cuisine and heritage.


    Ricardo is the co-founder and CEO of La Monarca Bakery®, a premium retail bakery chain in Los Angeles featuring cakes, pastries and breads with The Sweet Flavor of Mexico™, which was selected in LA Weekly's 2011 Best of LA list. He is also the president of The Taste of Mexico Association in Los Angeles. Ricardo has been interviewed by NBC, CNN, Univision, Telemundo, the Los Angeles Times and La Opinion, among others.


    Bricia is a partner at her family's Guelaguetza Restaurant, LA's temple for Oaxacan cuisine. She has become a staunch proponent of Oaxacan culture and an integral figure in the gastronomic culture of Los Angeles. The "Sweet Bricia", one of several Mezcal cocktails taken after her, made Jonathan Gold's 2011 55 Essential Cocktails list. Her and her family's story have been featured in a number of national and international multi-media publications.


    Jaime and Ramiro are the chefs and owners of La Casita Mexicana in Bell which was selected as one of the best Mexican restaurants in L.A. by Los Angeles Times Magazine in 2003 and 2004. Jamie and Ramiro have appeared on countless television cooking segments, are recognized as ambassadors of traditional Mexican cuisine and in 2008 received a James Beard Foundation Award nomination.
